Spent the weekend down there in May 2024 on the 1st floor and enjoyed every minute of it. The first floor may be called the Dune, but don’t be deceived like I was, waking up and walking out into the living room to the fantastic view of the ocean was the highlight of the weekend for me. My friend of 45 years and I stayed for a week in October and couldn’t have had a lovelier stay. The house is perfectly located just steps away from the beach; in fact, it felt as if we had our own private walkway. We saw beautiful sunrises and moonlit nights from the deck of our first level accommodations, and made it to the beach almost every day. We both agreed that the beds were super comfortable and that the kitchen was perfectly appointed. We hope to return again and again.

We continue to come back twice a year off season and enjoy the view from the spacious deck. The 2nd floor is a hike up those steps but so worth it. We hate to leave. Location is everything and plenty of room for everyone! Don’t miss out on this amazing property !

Stayed over Christmas and new years for a quiet winter break. The house is perfect beach front. Went for daily walks on the beach and it’s nice to hear the sound of the ocean whilst sleeping. Close to restaurants , stores, etc.

I love the ocean. I enjoyed having the entire place to myself. Long Beach Ave. was open during this time of year, hardly any traffic, places to eat and places to drink never a wait.The locals are very friendly. I enjoyed myself immensely and will definitely come back again
